Please arrive or be ready for a massage at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time.

It’s recommended that you shower before and wear comfortable clothes that is easy to remove.

Please avoid a heavy meal, caffeine and alcohol about 1-2 hours before a massage.

Make sure that do not have any contagious illness, such as a cold, flu, COVID, etc., since massage can make symptoms worse.

For mobile massage, please make sure there is enough space, the size of a queen size bed to set up the massage table. If you’d like to provide your own sheets, twin size (fitted & flat sheet and pillowcase) is most preferable.

Payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card, Venmo or Zelle.

Non-refundable, prepaid, travel fees are required to confirm mobile services.

All other payments are due at the end of service.

We do not accept walk-ins. You must book an appointment in advance. We are usually booked 1-2 weeks out.

We do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

If you are a veteran seeking medical massage, you can request medical massage from your VA health provider and they will have to make a referral for medical massage through Community Care Network provider Zeel.com.
